Side Waste definition

Side Waste means all or any Waste which is placed for collection at the side of or on top of, but outside, the normal Container. In the case of plastic sack collections the determination of side waste will be identified in the specification separately.
Side Waste means excess residual or other waste materials from the household, left alongside the wheeled bin (or other container) or which prevent the lid from closing.
Side Waste means excess, Residual Waste from the Household, which is presented for collection at the side of the Container(s).

Side Waste. Means any waste in addition to that stored in the container Reference hereinto “waste” and “commercial waste” shall have the same meaning as in the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and any Regulations Codes of Practice and other Subordinate legislation made there under.
