This Section 6.12 shall not be construed to prohibit Purchaser from using the words "Sierra Pacific" or "Sierra" in connection with the filing of any documents required by any Governmental Authority or to require Purchaser to remove "Sierra", "Sierra Pacific", "SPCo" or any similar name from any manhole cover, meter box or similar metal or plastic piece of property used in the Water Business, except for any transferred inventory of such items. Purchaser shall not install any new items with such a name.

Sierra Pacific refers to Sierra Pacific prior to the First Merger or to Sierra Pacific as the surviving corporation in the First Merger, as the context requires.
