film classification body means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
Involuntary Resettlement Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 2, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;
International Classification means the Classification established under the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs;
Overvote means that the elector marks or designates more names than there are persons to be elected to an office or designates more than one answer to a ballot question, and the tabulator records no vote for the office or question.
Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.
AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.
Significant emissions unit means an emissions unit that emits or has the potential to emit a PAL pollutant in an amount that is equal to or greater than the significant level (as defined in section 140 or in the Act, whichever is lower) for that PAL pollutant, but less than the amount that would qualify the unit as a major emissions unit as defined in section 079.
Special Class Tradesperson means a tradesperson who is engaged on work which requires the use of complex, high quality trade skills and experience which are not generally exercised in normal construction work. For the purpose of this definition, complex and high-quality trade skills and experience will be deemed to be acquired by the tradesperson:
Settlement Classes means the Ontario Settlement Class and the Quebec Settlement Class.
Elective Treatment and Procedures means any medical treatment or surgical procedure that is not medically necessary, including any service, treatment, or supplies that are deemed by the federal, or a state or local government authority, or by Us to be research or experimental or that is not recognized as a generally accepted medical practice.
Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Undervote means that the elector does not properly designate any choice for an office or ballot question, and the tabulator records no vote for the office or question.
Change in Tax Classification has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(h).
Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.
Significant emissions increase means, for a regulated NSR pollutant, an increase in emissions that is significant, as defined in subsection (ww), for that pollutant.
Core academic subjects means English, reading or language arts, mathematics, science, foreign languages, civic and government, economics, arts, history, and geography.
Industrial Emissions Directive means DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions
Dissent Procedures has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
the London Bombings Relief Charitable Fund means the company limited by guarantee (number 5505072), and registered charity of that name established on 11th July 2005 for the purpose of (amongst other things) relieving sickness, disability or financial need of victims (including families or dependants of victims) of the terrorist attacks carried out in London on 7th July 2005;
Restricted Classes As defined in Section 4.02(e).
COVID-19 Pandemic means the epidemic, pandemic or disease outbreak associated with COVID-19.
Job Classification means an arrangement of tasks in an establishment or industry into a limited series of jobs or occupations, rated in terms of skill, responsibility, experience, training, and similar considerations, usually for wage setting purposes. This term, or job class, refers to a single cluster of jobs of approximately equal “worth.”
Significant Modification As defined in Section 3.25.
appropriate procedures means procedures reasonably designed to prevent and detect errors and omissions. In determining the reasonableness of such procedures, weight will be given to such factors as are appropriate, including the prior occurrence of any similar errors or omissions when such procedures were in place and transfer agent industry standards in place at the time of the occurrence.
Credit Available for Virtual Transactions means the Market Participant’s Working Credit Limit for Virtual Transactions calculated on its credit provided in compliance with its Peak Market Activity requirement plus available credit submitted above that amount, less any unpaid billed and unbilled amounts owed to PJMSettlement, plus any unpaid unbilled amounts owed by PJMSettlement to the Market Participant, less any applicable credit required for Minimum Participation Requirements, FTRs, RPM activity, or other credit requirement determinants as defined in Tariff, Attachment Q.
CPUC Decisions means CPUC Decisions 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000 and any other existing or subsequent decisions, resolutions or rulings related to resource adequacy, as may be amended from time to time by the CPUC.
