Silver Members definition

Silver Members means Silver Members who become Direct Members of the Company pursuant to Article 5(14) on or after 1st September 2012. The current membership fees are as follows: Honorary Life Vice Presidents, Honorary Life Members and Existing Life Members pay no fee and are entitled to the same rights as Platinum Members Bronze Members pay a fee of £ 13 for 2012/13 Bronze Concessionary Members pay a fee of £ 9 for 2012/13 Silver Members pay a fee of £ 19 for 2012/13 Silver Concessionary Members pay a fee of £ 13 for 2012/13 Gold Members pay a fee of £ 28 for 2012/13 Gold Concessionary Members pay a fee of £ 22 for 2012/13 Platinum Members pay a fee of £ 60 for 2012/13 All Membership Fees shall cover the period from 1st September until 31st August in the following year (subject to the discretion of the Direct Membership Officer to extend the period of membership for a new member who has joined so as to play in the British Championship to cover that event and the period thereafter to 31st August in the following year) and any Direct Member whose existing membership expires after 31st August 2012 and whose category of membership is closed as from that date shall be entitled to a reduction in his or her new equivalent membership category from the date of such expiry until the following 31st August in accordance with guidance published by the Board on the ECF Website. Examples of Silver Members in a sentence

  • For members who have been with the credit union more than 90 days, deposit limitations are as follows: Silver Members: $5,000.00 per day and $15,000.00 per month Gold Members: $7,500.00 per day and $25,000.00 per month Sapphire Members: $10,000.000 per day and $35,000.00 per month.

Related to Silver Members

  • Founding Members means those public school districts, cities, counties, and other governmental units that are signatories to the Joint Powers Agreement and have a voting member serving on the JPA's Board of Directors.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Oaktree means Oaktree Capital Management, LLC and its Affiliates, including any partnerships, separate accounts or other entities managed by Oaktree.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • General Partners means all such Persons.

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • Remaining Members has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.

  • Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • General Partner has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Carlyle means Carlyle Investment Management, LLC.

  • SLP means Silver Lake Management Company III, L.L.C., Silver Lake Management Company IV, L.L.C. and their respective affiliated management companies and investment vehicles.

  • Unitholders means the holders of Units.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Investor Members mean those Persons who acquire Interests in the Initial Offering or Subsequent Offering and their successors and assigns admitted as Additional Economic Members.

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.

  • Partners means the General Partner and the Limited Partners.

  • TPG has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.
