Single Family Residential Development definition

Single Family Residential Development means two or more single-family residences owned, managed, or developed by a single entity.
Single Family Residential Development means a development or redevelopment of detached, semidetached, rowhouse or townhouses facing a public city owned and maintained street or laneway.
Single Family Residential Development means and refer to the construction and development of Single Family Detached Structures intended for use and occupancy as a residence by a single family. Single Family Residential Development shall not include Living Units subject to Interval Ownership.

More Definitions of Single Family Residential Development

Single Family Residential Development means any detached residential development designed to be occupied by a family or individual as defined in Article 30 of the Grants Pass Development Code for living and sleeping, and which may or may not include cooking and eating facilities.

  • Single-family residence means a structure maintained and used as a single dwelling unit.   • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

  • Non-Residential Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Developed Property for which a building permit(s) was issued for a non-residential use.

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.
