Single Family Residential Development definition
Single Family Residential Development means two or more single-family residences owned, managed, or developed by a single entity.
Single Family Residential Development means any public or private development which is either occupied or intended to be occupied by single families, but does not include multiple family residential development;
Single Family Residential Development means 1) a building(s) containing one or two independent dwelling units, each of which is occupied by no more than one family, and 2) all condominiums and landominiums intended for sale to individual unit owners.

Single Family Residential Development means a Parcel limited by a Tract Declaration for use as a development of Single Family detached housing, each Dwelling Unit being intended for use by a Single Family.
