Private Development definition

Private Development means any development carried out by an individual;
Private Development means a building project that is funded by private funds, except where the Private Developer is in partnership with the City.
Private Development means a site which contains several buildings or dwellings that are situated along private roadways.

More Definitions of Private Development

Private Development means, collectively, the acquisition, construction and installation of a banquet center facility having a seating capacity for approximately 200 persons, including a retail bakery and coffee shop therein having approximately 1,500 square feet (together with the related real estate, demolition of buildings, site preparation and appurtenant facilities), all of which is to be accomplished within or upon the Development Area in two phases by the Developer in accordance with the Site Development Plans as follows:
Private Development means the development or redevelopment of privately-owned buildings as part of the Redevelopment Project, including residential and commercial uses.
Private Development means land or property development undertaken on private property; plot of land, etc. and not located within the city right- of-way.
Private Development means, collectively, certain renovations and improvements to an existing office building, including an addition thereto of a two-story office building having not less than 11,000 square feet, all of which is to be located within or upon the Development Area and acquired, constructed and installed in one or more phases by the Developer.
Private Development means the private commercial and other trade business facilities to be acquired, constructed and installed as a part of the Development Project on the Development Property by the Developer, as follows: (i) a first class hotel with not less than 84-room capacity, with banquet and other appurtenant facilities; and (ii) an attached 4,000 net sq. ft. banquet center.
Private Development means the existing hotel facility and the existing restaurant facility (including the related real estate and appurtenant facilities) which have been acquired, constructed and installed (or caused to be done) in one or more phases by the Developer within the Development Area (collectively, the "Existing Private Development"), together with any future expansion or addition to the existing hotel facility which may be acquired, constructed and installed (or caused to be done) in one or more phases by the Developer within the Development Area on or after the effective date of this Agreement (collectively, the "Future Private Development").
Private Development means the new construction or addition to existing development on private property owned by individuals or companies; private residential projects that create four (4) or fewer units shall not be included within the definition of Private Development.
