Private Development definition

Private Development means any development carried out by an individual;
Private Development means a building project that is funded by private funds, except where the Private Developer is in partnership with the City.
Private Development means, collectively, the acquisition, construction and installation of a banquet center facility having a seating capacity for approximately 200 persons, including a retail bakery and coffee shop therein having approximately 1,500 square feet (together with the related real estate, demolition of buildings, site preparation and appurtenant facilities), all of which is to be accomplished within or upon the Development Area in two phases by the Developer in accordance with the Site Development Plans as follows:

Examples of Private Development in a sentence

  • The Developer agrees that in the use, occupation, operation and maintenance of the Private Development, including any Future Private Development, the Developer will comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations and city ordinances.

  • The City hereby disclaims any and all warranties with respect to the Private Development, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability or sufficiency of the Incremental Property Taxes for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • The Developer agrees to indemnify and defend the City from and against any claims, suits, or actions for death or injury to persons or damage to property or breach of contract brought against.the City arising from any alleged claims, acts or omissions in connection with this Agreement, including the acquisition, construction and installation of the Private Development, or any part thereof, whether or not suit is filed.

  • No such approval shall be denied except on the basis that either of the following have not been sufficiently documented or specified herein: (i) the amount of the total interest costs paid and incurred by the Developer during the preceding calendar year, or (ii) such total interest costs being directly related to the financing of costs paid or incurred by the Developer for the Private Development in the Development Area.

  • The City and the Developer agree that the Eligible Costs constituting the Reimbursement Amounts .shall be paid solely, and to the extent available, from Incremental Property Taxes attributable to the Private Development within the Development Area deposited in the Fund and not otherwise.


More Definitions of Private Development

Private Development means the development or redevelopment of privately-owned buildings as part of the Redevelopment Project, including residential and commercial uses.
Private Development means land or property development undertaken on private property; plot of land, etc. and not located within the city right- of-way.

Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx as defined in the Agreement which generates additional assessed value and ad valorem taxes in excess of the base value, and for purposes of this Note is fifty percent (50%) ofthe revenue allocation (tax increment) funds actually received specifically from the land and improvements located at 0000 X. Private Development means the private commercial and other trade business facilities to be acquired, constructed and installed as a part of the Development Project on the Development Property by the Developer, as follows: (i) a first class hotel with not less than 84-room capacity, with banquet and other appurtenant facilities; and (ii) an attached 4,000 net sq. ft. banquet center.
