EATING FACILITIES. The University recognizes worker interest in having eating rooms and vending machines convenient to work areas which are remote from alternative eating facilities. If the University wishes to relocate eating rooms or vending machines in such areas in a way which has a substantial impact on the bargaining unit, it shall notify the Union and meet upon request to explore means of minimizing the impact.

EATING FACILITIES. Normally suitable meals will be available at the TDY station. However, where such meals are not available on base, government transportation may be provided for employees to transport them to suitable eating facilities off base. Where both suitable on base meals and government transportation are unavailable, employees will be reimbursed for transportation expenses incurred in traveling to an off base eating facility in accordance with applicable regulations.
EATING FACILITIES. It will be the responsibility of the Employer to provide proper eating facilities for workers when it is reasonably possible.
EATING FACILITIES. The cafeteria is on the 2nd floor of the school. Hours are Monday-Saturday, 6:30 am - 7:00 pm. Vending machines are available in the cafeteria. A microwave is also provided for your use in the cafeteria. STUDENT LOUNGE The student lounge is located on the 5th floor. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. All food, condiments, plastic containers, etc., left in the refrigerator will be discarded if left for several days. All users must leave the room clean & neat. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on school or hospital premises. FACULTY HOURS Faculty offices are located on the fourth floor of the school. Four office hours a week are posted for each faculty member. Students are encouraged to email faculty for appointments. NURSING SKILLS LABORATORY Throughout the two years, students practice skills under the guidance of an instructor as part of their course work. In addition, students may be sent to the lab by a clinical instructor to practice a specific skill. The skills lab is available for student practice during open lab and by appointment for instruction. Please see posted hours. Your instructor and faculty advisor are also available to assist you during their posted office hours. Fundamentals lab is on 1st floor, Med-Surg I & II lab on 3rd floor, and Maternal Child Health lab on 3rd floor.
EATING FACILITIES. The District will provide clean and sanitary eating facilities including cooking area and utensils. With the approval of the on-duty Commander, employees will be allowed to eat meals in facilities other than the Fire Station when circumstances dictate it to be convenient while out of the Fire Station.
EATING FACILITIES. The employer will insure that adequate eating facilities are available to civilian employees. Break/lunch rooms will be provided in work areas where fifteen (15) or more civilians are employed. In those areas which presently do not have adequate space for such facilities, alternate space will be provided within a reasonable proximity. Break rooms will be furnished, as a minimum, with an adequate number of tables and chairs.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • TEACHING FACILITIES 4.1 The Board agrees to maintain health and safety conditions at each school site in compliance with applicable statutes and/or regulations. Teachers shall not be required to work under unsafe conditions as determined by proper regulatory authority.

  • Rest Facilities The District shall designate restroom and lunchroom facilities at each work site.

  • Shared Facilities The Parties acknowledge and agree that certain of the Shared Facilities and Interconnection Facilities, and Seller’s rights and obligations under the Interconnection Agreement, may be subject to certain shared facilities or co-tenancy agreements to be entered into among Seller, the Participating Transmission Owner, Seller’s Affiliates, or third parties pursuant to which certain Interconnection Facilities may be subject to joint ownership and shared maintenance and operation arrangements; provided that such agreements (i) shall permit Seller to perform or satisfy, and shall not purport to limit, its obligations hereunder and (ii) provide for separate metering of the Facility.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.

  • New Facilities For all new Generating Facilities to be interconnected pursuant to the Tariff, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities, the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.90 lagging. For all new wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility with the ability to maintain a composite power delivery at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging across the full range of continuous rated power output. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the high-side of the facility substation transformers. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after May 1, 2015, and before November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of more than 20 MW, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous Generating Facilities, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of 20 MW or less, and all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue prior to May 1, 2015, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the Point of Interconnection. Any different reactive power design criteria that Transmission Provider determines to be appropriate for a wind-powered or other non-synchronous generation facility shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement. A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.
