Single Family Residential Use definition

Single Family Residential Use means occupancy by a single housekeeping Unit composed of one (1) person, two (2) people no matter how related; or three (3) or more persons all of whom are related to each other by blood, marriage, legal adoption or acting as guardian, legal custodian, or legal designee of a parent for a minor child residing within the Unit, it being the intention of this provision to prohibit occupancy of a Unit by three (3) or more unrelated adults while clarifying that nothing herein shall be applied or construed to permit discrimination based upon familial status, handicap, or other protected classifications under Fair Housing Laws.
Single Family Residential Use means the occupation or use of a Single Family Residence in conformity with this Declaration and the requirements imposed by applicable zoning laws or other state, county or municipal rules and regulations.
Single Family Residential Use means the occupation or use of a residence by a Single Family in conformity with this Declaration and the requirements imposed by applicable zoning laws or other state, county or municipal rules and regulations.

Examples of Single Family Residential Use in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, all Lots shall be improved and used only for Single Family Residential Use.

More Definitions of Single Family Residential Use

Single Family Residential Use means the occupation or use of a Single Family Residence in conformity with this Declaration.
Single Family Residential Use means any Development Project that uses a single parcel for only one residential dwelling unit. “Single Family Residential Use” also includes any Development Project that involves one primary dwelling and one Accessory Dwelling Unit on a single lot.
Single Family Residential Use means, with respect to any real property, the use of such real property for residential purposes, comprised of four (4) or fewer units.
Single Family Residential Use means use as a dwelling or for personal, family or household purposes with not more than four dwelling units, whether rented to particular persons or not, including, without limitation, single family detached housing units, townhouses, condominium units, and mobile homes.
Single Family Residential Use means any development project that uses a single-family parcel for only one (1) residential dwelling unit and includes any development project that involves one (1) primary dwelling unit and one (1) accessory dwelling unit on a single lot.

Single Family Residential Use means the occupation of a Single Family Residential Structure as the occupant’s Primary Residence or Secondary Residence by a single person, or a group of persons related by blood, marriage, or adoption (a “Single Family”) (including foster children, domestic partners, and domestic servants also occupying the Single Family Residential Structure as their Primary Residence or Secondary Residence with the Single Family), in conformity with this Declaration and the requirements imposed by applicable zoning laws or any other State, County, or Municipal laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances. "Single Family Residential Structure" shall mean a Structure used for Single Family Residential Use. “Primary Residence” shall mean the Single Family Residential Structure in which the majority of the following criteria are met: the Single Family Residential Structure (i) where occupant spends the majority of time, (ii) listed on occupant’s state driver’s license or
