SISP Procedures definition

SISP Procedures means the Procedures for the Sale and Investment Solicitation Process attached as Schedule “A” to the SISP Approval Order;
SISP Procedures means the procedures approved by the Canadian Court governing the SISP and attached as Schedule “B” to the SISP Approval Order, which may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with its terms or the SISP Approval Order
SISP Procedures has the meaning ascribed thereto in Recital A.

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.
