Site Regulations definition

Site Regulations means regulations, as described in Schedule "4" attached hereto.

Site Regulations means regulations set out in Schedule “B” that regulate the conduct of a person using the Disposal Site.

Site Regulations means such reasonable regulations as may be promulgated by or on behalf of the Developer from time to time for the efficient running of the Development Site Provided that such regulations shall not prevent the commencement, continuation and completion of the Fit Out Works in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement in a reasonably programmed orderly and continuous manner without material interruption obstruction or restriction
Site Regulations means the health and safety or other rules and regulations that apply to a Site;
