Slug Discharge definition
Slug Discharge. - means any discharge of a non-routine, episodic nature, including but not limited to an accidental spill or non-customary batch discharge, which has a reasonable potential to cause Interference or Pass-through, or in any other way violate the PVSC Rules & Regulations, local limits, or Permit conditions.

Slug Discharge means any discharge of metal finishing wastewater(s) capable of containing pollutant(s) at level(s) significantly above typical daily operations and/or that could potentially approach or exceed respective effluent limitations listed in Section 5(a) of this general permit.
