Smoke Free Housing definition

Smoke Free Housing means an Affordable Housing Development that implements a policy banning the ignition and burning of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and water pipes or hookahs) in all living units, indoor common areas, and all other interior spaces. The smoke-free policy must also extend to all outdoor areas within 25 feet of occupied buildings on the AHD property.

Smoke Free Housing means: 1. the rental unit and the residential property have been designated as a Smoke Free living environment; and 2. the tenant, occupants, guests, and invitees of the tenant or occupants shall not smoke or vape anywhere in the rental unit, including the balcony or patio, or on/in the residential property, including the common areas such as the stairwells, patios, gardens, courtyards, playgrounds, walkways.
