Snagging List definition

Snagging List means a list of defects, shrinkages or other faults in the Works (or a Section thereof); Insert the following new clauses:
Snagging List the list to be prepared by the Contractor in accordance with Clause 19.4A (Snagging Items) containing particulars of minor defects, deficiencies or omissions of a snagging nature which do not prevent the Contractor from issuing a Certificate of Availability;
Snagging List means the list, to be prepared by the Contractor and agreed by the Technical Adviser, of minor defects, deficiencies or omissions of a snagging nature which do not prevent the Technical Adviser from issuing an Acceptance Certificate;

Examples of Snagging List in a sentence

  • Should the Contractor fail to make good the works set out on any Snagging List within the time set out on that list or such other reasonable period as the Architect/Contract Administrator may instruct, the Employer shall be entitled to complete or make good those items and make an appropriate deduction from the Contract Sum.

  • Within five (5) Working Days of receipt of the Snagging List the Contractor shall provide to the Authority a reasonable programme for making good each Snagging Item set out in the Snagging List provided that such programme shall require that each Snagging Item shall be made good within twenty (20) Working Days of the date of the agreement or determination of that programme or within such time as is reasonably practicable.

  • The Private Party shall attend to such Unfulfilled Obligations within the time specified in the Snagging List.

  • No change is being made to the accounting principle for the other classes of pension assets, which represent the remaining 56% of the pension asset portfolio for the Plan.


More Definitions of Snagging List

Snagging List has the meaning given to it in clause 12.6(a);
