Snagging Items definition

Snagging Items shall have the meaning set out in the Agreement for Lease
Snagging Items means such minor omissions, imperfections, defects and faults in the completed Works identified in the snagging list and remedied prior to issue of the Practical Completion Certificate
Snagging Items means minor defects, deficiencies or omissions of a snagging nature in the works carried out by the Developer in connection with the Designated Units.

Examples of Snagging Items in a sentence

  • As soon as shall be reasonably possible after the issue of the Take Over Certificate, but in any event within thirty (30) Days from the issue of the Take Over Certificate (or such longer period as the Purchaser and the Contractor may agree), the Contractor shall complete or repair (as applicable) to the reasonable satisfaction of the Purchaser's Representative all Minor Snagging Items.

  • The Contractor shall keep the Purchaser informed regarding the progress in addressing such Minor Snagging Items.

  • Subject to paragraph 3 ( Snagging Items), the Works have been carried out and completed in accordance with clause 13.1 (Carrying out the Works).

  • In terms of the timing for when Snagging Items should be rectified, it depends on the individual issue, but it’s difficult to imagine circumstances where this would go beyond three months.

  • There should not be a large list of Snagging Items, as the Contractor should have allowed for sufficient time during the construction period to correct defects.


More Definitions of Snagging Items

Snagging Items means minor defects, deficiencies or omissions of a snagging nature which do not impact upon the Service Availability Requirements and which do not prevent the Independent Certifier from issuing an Acceptance Certificate in respect of a given Service Level;
