Social Project definition

Social Project means either: (a) a corporation or other entity of which 90% or more of its revenues (as determined to the Issuer’s satisfaction) are derived from activities in the list of “eligible social use of proceeds categories” in the Sustainable Finance Framework at the applicable time (as such list is developed from time to time in accordance with the ICMA Social Bond Principles and ICMA Sustainability Bond Guidelines) or (b) a project falling within such categories. As of the date of this Base Prospectus, such categories include: (i) employment generation, including through the potential effect of SME financing and microfinance, and (ii) affordable housing.
Social Project means "Social Projects" as described in the SBP.
Social Project means a project related with the public services that the government provides to the public free of charge or at nominal charge and include education, health, potable water and road projects.
