Software Maintenance Program definition

Software Maintenance Program or “SMP” means the support and maintenance services, terms and conditions for the Descartes Software, as described in an appendix to the Agreement.
Software Maintenance Program means the procedure for ongoing software maintenance set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement.
Software Maintenance Program means standard maintenance and bug-fix services for the Licensed Software Programs, and is an included component of any software-as-a-service subscription.

  • End User will receive a proposal from Reseller within 90 days of the anniversary date of the commencement of maintenance services coverage, to renew its participation in the CenTrak Software Maintenance Program.

  • OT Support shall be governed by the OT Software Maintenance Program Handbook unless supplemented by another written maintenance or support agreement agreed to by OT.

  • EA Maintenance includes benefits specified in the most current applicable Esri US Software Maintenance Program document (found at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx) as modified by this Section 4.1.

  • If Licensee elects not to renew the Software Maintenance Program, it shall expire at the end of the current Software Maintenance Term.

Related to Software Maintenance Program

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Maintenance Program means a maintenance program for the Aircraft approved by the Aviation Authority, in conformity with the Maintenance Planning Document.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
