Private Network. A Private Network shall mean a closed network exclusively used by the Lessee for the Lessee's Own Use in a geographical area over which the Lessee has a right of disposal (e.g. via ordinary ownership, leasing or tenancy).
Private Network. “Private Network” means Licensee’s private company-wide intranet and/or cloud-based system and platform on which the Software may be deployed and used pursuant to the license and rights granted herein.
Private Network. Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the service level of 100% for the private network.
