SOL Shares definition

SOL Shares means Sasol ordinary shares of no par value in the stated share capital of Sasol listed on:1.3.83.1. the JSE under the JSE stock code SOL and ISIN code ZAE000006896; and
SOL Shares means Sasol ordinary shares of no par value in the stated share capital of Sasol listed on: 1.3.83.1. the JSE under the JSE stock code SOL and ISIN code ZAE000006896; and 1.3.83.2. the New York Stock Exchange, in the form of American Depository Receipts, under the New York Stock Exchange stock code SSL and ISIN code US8038663006;
SOL Shares ordinary shares of nominal value US$0.0025 each in the capital of SOL;

  • Converted Shares means the Subject Equity Shares resulting from the conversion of Limited Voting Shares into the Subject Equity Shares pursuant to subparagraph (ii);

  • Equity Shares shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement;

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Parent.

  • A Shares means shares issued by companies incorporated in the PRC and listed on the SSE or the SZSE, traded in RMB and available for investment by domestic investors through Stock Connect.

  • Purchased Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;

  • Consideration Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2.

  • PIPE Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • VMTP Shares has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
