Solar Panels means the photovoltaic energy generating panels installed at the Facility as described in Exhibit 6.1.
Solar Panels means any photovoltaic energy system designed for the generation of electrical power from the collection of sunlight, including without limitation, the photovoltaic panels, foundations, support structures, braces and related equipment.

More Definitions of Solar Panels
Solar Panels has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a). “***” has the meaning set forth in Section 34.
Solar Panels means the 250-watt solar panel(s) leased by MEMBER under this Agreement.
Solar Panels means the photovoltaic arrays, mirrors, lenses, tracking devices and other equipment necessary for the Facility to collect sunlight at the Site and convert it into electricity or thermal energy. The potential manufacturer(s) and model(s) of the Solar Panels is identified on Exhibit C – Facility Description.
Solar Panels means any and all solar-powered electric generating facilities, including but not limited to modules, inverters, cables, foundations, panels, mounting units and all necessary ancillary improvements and equipment providing support or otherwise associated therewith; and photovoltaic and concentrating solar power generating equipment or such other solar-powered generating equipment needed to capture and convert solar radiation to produce electrical energy or electricity.
Solar Panels means an elevated panel or plate, or a canopy or array thereof, that captures and converts solar radiation to produce power, and includes flat plate, focusing solar collectors, or photovoltaic solar cells and excludes the base or foundation of the panel, plate, canopy, or array.
Solar Panels means those photovoltaic solar electric generating devices powered by the sun and related equipment necessary for the production of electric energy that are included in the Facility.
Solar Panels means the average production of one panel in the array. The array has twenty 250 watt solar panel(s) and fifty two 290 watt solar panel(s) leased by MEMBER under this Agreement.
