  • Nothing contained in this Section, however, shall be construed to allow any such contested Impositions to remain unpaid for a length of time which would permit the Project, or any part thereof including the Solar Cells, to be subject to an Encumbrance in favor of any Governmental Authority for the non-payment of such Impositions.
