Photovoltaic energy means the electric energy generated from the Project, expressed in units of kWh or MWh, using solar radiation energy to generate electricity delivered to Company and measured at the Electric Metering Device(s). Photovoltaic Energy shall be of a power quality of 60 cycle, three-phase alternating current that is compliant with the Interconnection Agreement. “Point of Delivery” means the electric system point at which Subscriber Organization makes available to Company and delivers to Company the Solar Energy Output being provided by Subscriber Organization to Company under this Agreement.   • Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale.
