Source Code Modifications definition

Source Code Modifications means modifications, enhancements, improvements, extensions, and other revisions to the Software Development Tools for the purpose of designing, developing, and testing the Licensee Software.
Source Code Modifications means modifications, enhancements, improvements, extensions, and other revisions to the Cadence Software made by Licensee (i) using the Software Development Tools, solely for the purpose of designing, developing, and testing the Licensee Software; and (ii) using the Application Software, solely for the purpose of designing, developing, and testing the Licensee Application Software limited to the number of Products specified in the applicable Order.
Source Code Modifications means any computer software that consists of modifications to the Source Code. Baan shall own any Source Code Modifications. Company hereby assigns to Baan, and Baan hereby accepts, all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to such Source Code Modifications. Company agrees to execute such applications, assignments and other instruments as Baan may deem necessary or desirable to effect and perfect such assignment. Company shall retain a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use such Source code Modifications under the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Source Code Modifications

Source Code Modifications means any updates, enhancements, upgrades, versions, releases, modifications, extensions, alterations, improvements, error corrections, bug fixes, patches, and/or other changes to the Source Code made by or on behalf of Homestore during the Maintenance Period (as defined in Section 3D hereof), which Homestore has incorporated into (i) general releases of the Top Producer Online and/or Falcon software products to its other customers, and/or (ii) other non-general releases made pursuant to the SLA and/or as part of the Services (as hereinafter defined) performed hereunder by Homestore. In addition, the parties may enter into a separate written agreement(s) pursuant to which (a) Homestore would provide to Cendant such other non-general releases requested by Cendant, and (b) the parties could agree that such non-general releases would be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement with respect to Source Code Modifications. Related to Source Code Modifications

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.

  • Derivative Work means a work that is based on one or more preexisting works (such as a revision, translation, dramatization, motion picture version, abridgment, condensation, enhancement, modification, or any other form in which preexisting work may be recast, transformed, or adapted) which, if created without the authorization of the copyright owner of the preexisting work, would constitute copyright infringement.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • Permitted Modifications As defined in Section 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Open Source Code means a software program that is licensed under terms that require disclosure to parties other than the licensor of the source materials of the software program or modifications thereof, or any source materials of any other software program with which the Open Source Code software program is intended to operate, or that create obligations to distribute any portions of any software program with which the Open Source Code software program is used. Open Source Code includes, without limitation, any software licensed under the GNU General Public License.

  • Object Code means computer software that is substantially or entirely in binary form and that is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without any intervening steps of compilation or assembly.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
