Special List means the special list where the shareholders of ERG register their relevant shares in order to gain, following an uninterrupted 24-month holding period, the increased voting right disciplined by Article 127- quinquies, paragraph 2, of the CFA and by the ERG’s by-laws, that allows such shareholders to benefit from two voting rights per share registered;
