Specialised vehicles means any heavy vehicle (>7.5T) used for emergency response other than the standard pumping appliance. “Light vehicles”, “heavy vehicles”, “ULEZ or LEZ Daily Charge” and “ULEZ or LEZ emissions standards requirements” have the meanings indicated by the table below and apply from the dates indicated.
