Specification and Tender Response Document definition

Specification and Tender Response Document means the document set out in Schedule 5 as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Contract;
Specification and Tender Response Document means the document set out in Schedule 5 as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Framework Agreement;
Specification and Tender Response Document means the Specification and Tender Response Document set out in the Framework Agreement as supplemented by any further information set out and/or referred to in the Order Form and as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Contract;

  • DMS Service Levels and Service Credits are stated in Schedule 6 Specification and Tender Response Document.

  • Two weeks prior to each review meeting (or at such time and frequency as may be specified in the Specification and Tender Response Document) the Supplier shall provide a written contract management report to the Authority regarding the supply of the Goods, the provision of the Services and the operation of this Contract.

  • The Supplier shall pay to the Authority any service credits and/or other sums and/or deductions (to include, without limitation, deductions relating to a reduction in the Contract Price) that may become due in accordance with the provisions of the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or the Order Form.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Specification and Tender Response Document or otherwise agreed with the Authority in writing, the Goods shall be securely packed in trade packages of a type normally used by the Supplier for deliveries of the same or similar goods in the same quantities within the United Kingdom.

  • Should the Specification and Tender Response Document not state the frequency, then the first such meeting shall take place on a date to be agreed on or around the end of the first month after the Commencement Date.

  • Review meetings shall take place at the frequency specified in the Specification and Tender Response Document.

  • The Supplier shall comply with any labelling requirements in respect of the Goods: (a) specified in the Specification and Tender Response Document; (b) agreed with the Authority in writing; and/or (c) required to comply with Law or Guidance.

  • Unless specified otherwise in the Specification and Tender Response Document, the Authority shall take minutes of each review meeting and shall circulate draft minutes to the Supplier within a reasonable time following such review meeting.

  • Where the provisions of any such Law are implemented by the use of voluntary agreements, the Supplier shall comply with such agreements as if they were incorporated into English law subject to those voluntary agreements being cited in the Specification and Tender Response Document.

Specification and Tender Response Document means, taken together: (a) any written statements of the Authority’s requirements relating to the Goods and/or Services as provided by or on behalf of the Authority to the Supplier; (b) any written statements of the Supplier provided to the Authority confirming how it will meet such requirements; and (c) the statement of the prices for the Goods and/or Services, whether or not such Authority and Supplier statements are in a single document or separate documents and as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Contract;
Specification and Tender Response Document means, taken together: (a) any written statements of the Authority’s requirements relating to the Goods as provided by the Authority to the Supplier; (b) any written statements of the Supplier provided to the Authority confirming how it will meet such requirements; and (c) the statement of the prices for the Goods, whether or not such Authority and Supplier statements are in a single document or separate documents and as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Contract;
Specification and Tender Response Document means the Specification and Tender Response Document set out in the Framework Agreement as supplemented by any further information set out and/or referred to in the Order Form and as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Contract; “Staff” means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier to perform its obligations under this Contract including any Sub-contractors and person employed or engaged by such Sub-contractors; “Sub-contract” means a contract between two or more suppliers, at any stage of remoteness from the Supplier in a sub-contracting chain, made wholly or substantially for the purpose of performing (or contributing to the performance of the whole or any part of this Contract;
Specification and Tender Response Document means the document set out in Schedule 7 as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Framework Agreement;

Related to Specification and Tender Response Document

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • Request for Tender means the Request for Tender given to prospective tenderers inviting offers to tender for the supply of the Goods and Services of which these General Conditions of Contract form part.

  • Class specification means a formal written statement of the class which defines the general character and scope of the duties and responsibilities of positions in the class, lists typical or illustrative examples of work of positions in the class, enumerates the knowledges, skills, and abilities required for successful performance of the work and states required minimum experience and training for positions in the class.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that is set out in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier;

  • E-Auction Process Information Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Delivery Agreement means the agreement between the Client and the Courier for the delivery of the Order, concluded through the Bolt Food Platform.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
