Specified Facilities means the facilities set forth in Schedule 1.01(f).
Specified Facilities means all of the following agreements: (i) Credit Agreement, as amended and restated on October 12, 2017, among the Company, the various financial institutions party thereto, as lenders, and Nordea Bank ABP, New York Branch, as administrative agent, (ii) Term Loan Agreement, dated as of April 5, 2019, among the Company, the various financial institutions party thereto, as lenders, and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, (iii) Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of April 5, 2019, among the Company, the various financial institutions party thereto, as lenders, and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as administrative agent, (iv) Credit Agreement, dated as of May 11, 2010, among Falmouth Jamaica Land Company Limited, a Jamaican corporation, the Company, and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as lender, (v) Credit Agreement, dated as of February 2, 2018, among the Company, the various financial institutions party thereto, as lenders, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited New York Branch, as administrative agent, (vi) Credit Agreement, dated as of November 16, 2017, among the Company, the various financial institutions party thereto, as lenders, and Skandinaviska Enskilda Bxxxxx XX (publ), as administrative agent, (vii) Term Loan Agreement, as amended and restated on December 3, 2019, among the Company, the various financial institutions party thereto, as lenders, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as administrative agent, (viii) Credit Agreement, dated as of June 7, 2019, among Silversea Cruise Holding Ltd., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, the Company, the various financial institutions party thereto, as lenders, and Nordea Bank ABP, New York Branch, as administrative agent, (ix) Guarantee, dated as of July 18, 2016, by the Company, in favor of the Beneficiaries (as defined therein) and (x) any card acceptance agreement, merchant services bank card agreement, global merchant agreement, merchant services agreement, or other similar agreement in connection with card-related services that exists as of the Issue Date, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, refinanced, repaid, increased or extended in whole or in part from time to time, and including, in each case, any refinancing indebtedness and extensions in respect thereof (including any Indebtedness committed thereunder but undrawn on the Issue Date).
Specified Facilities means the facilities set forth in Schedule 1.01(f). “SPV” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(i).
Examples of Specified Facilities in a sentence
All litigation expenses incurred for the common purposes and relating to common use and enjoyment of the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities.
All expenses for running and operating all machinery, equipments and installations comprised in the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities, including elevators, diesel generator set, changeover switch, pump and other common installations including their license fees, taxes and other levies (if any) and expenses ancillary or incidental thereto and the lights of the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities and the road network.
The Buyer also admits and accepts that the Developer and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Developer shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Buyer shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.
The Buyer also admits and accepts that in the event such bills remain outstanding for more than 2 (two) months, all common services shall be discontinued to the Buyer and the Buyer shall be disallowed from using the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities.
All costs for maintaining, operating, replacing, repairing, white-washing, painting, decorating, re-decorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities [including the exterior or interior (but not inside any Flat) walls of the Said Building] and the road network, STP etc.

Specified Facilities is defined in Section 9.13.
Specified Facilities shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 6A(1)(xiv).

Specified Facilities collectively, the Turf Merchants, Inc. seed warehouse located at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx 00000-0000, the distribution centers operated by SNL Logistics, including, but not limited to, Lewisberry, PA, Sylmar, CA, Flower Mound, TX, Bolingbrook, IL and Duluth, GA, and the seed warehouse located at 0000 X X XxXxxx Road, Orlando, Florida 32811-6410.
Specified Facilities collectively, the “Corporate” Seed Warehouse (Branch 823) located at 6000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Orlando, FL 32812, the Turf Merchants Seed Warehouse (Branch 824) located at 30000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, the Riches Seed Warehouse (Branch 826) located at 10000 Xxxxxx Xxxx XX, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, and Cxxxxxx Seed Hay (Seedstock) (Branch 884) located at 5000 Xxxxx Xxxx NE, Gervais, OR 97026.
Specified Facilities means (a) servicing or subservicing obligations under (i) the Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 23, 2005, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, among DLP Funding LLC, as borrower, the lenders party thereto, Life Settlement Corporation, as originator and servicer, WestLB AG, New York Branch, as administrative agent, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as master collateral agent, (ii) the Loan and Security Agreement dated as of September 1, 2006, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified among DLP Funding II, LLC, as borrower, the lenders party thereto, Life Settlement Corporation, as originator and servicer, WestLB AG, New York Branch, as administrative agent, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as master collateral agent and (iii) the Loan and Security Agreement dated as of March 23, 2007, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified among DLP Funding III, LLC, as borrower, the lenders party thereto, Life Settlement Corporation, as originator and servicer, WestLB AG, New York Branch, as administrative agent, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as master collateral agent, and in each case, the other “Transaction Documents” referred to therein, and (b) any Non-Recourse Indebtedness or SRI Indebtedness.
