Spectrum License definition

Spectrum License means a spectrum license conferring on the licensee the right to use any radio frequency or group of radio frequencies or radio receiver under the Frequency Band Plan.
Spectrum License means a permit granted to Licensee or a Sublicensee by the proper governmental authorities to use a radio spectrum of four (4) MHz in the Territory.
Spectrum License means any FCC License pursuant to or in connection with (a) the FCC's upper 700 MHz (746-764 MHz and 776-794 MHz) band auction or (b) the FCC's lower 700 MHz (698-746 MHz) band auction, PROVIDED THAT, in each case, the expected use of any such FCC License shall not include the transmission of a television signal.

  • The TRC shall defend the rights of the Licensee under the Spectrum License in accordance with the ITU Radio Regulations and the Telecommunications Law.

  • The foregoing notwithstanding, Consultant acknowledges and agrees that TVCC shall make the final determination as to the contents of all reports, applications and other filings before the FCC and any other regulatory body with jurisdiction over TVCC as to all Spectrum Lease Agreement or Spectrum License matters, or any other matter within the subject matter of this Agreement.
