Spill management team definition

Spill management team means the personnel identified in an oil spill contingency plan to staff the organizational structure that will manage all aspects of response, containment, and clean up and is able to fully integrate into an Incident Command/Unified Command structure, as required by the National Contingency Plan and the California Oil Spill Contingency Plan.
