SPM Delivery Point definition

SPM Delivery Point means, with respect to any Xxxx Procurement Contract that contemplates delivery at the SPM, the delivery point specified in such Xxxx Procurement Contract at which title to the Crude Oil or Products being sold thereunder is to be transferred from the Third Party Supplier thereunder to Xxxx.
SPM Delivery Point means, with respect to any Aron Procurement Contract that contemplates delivery at the SPM, the delivery point specified in such Aron Procurement Contract at which title to the Crude Oil or Products being sold thereunder is to be transferred from the Third Party Supplier thereunder to Aron.
SPM Delivery Point has the meaning specified in the Supply and Offtake Agreement.

  • The Company immediately shall notify Aron orally (followed by prompt written notice) of any previously unscheduled downtime or maintenance of any SPM Delivery Point, or in the case of any Crude Storage Tank, Product Storage Tank or Included Product Pipeline, any previously unscheduled downtime or maintenance expected to have a duration in excess of ten (10) days.

  • For deliveries of Crude Oil not made via the SPM Delivery Point, title for each quantity of Crude Oil shall pass to Aron as the Crude Oil passes the Crude Intake Point.

SPM Delivery Point means the delivery point specified in the relevant L/C Eligible Refinery Procurement Contract at which title to the Crude Oil being sold thereunder is to be transferred from the Crude Oil Supplier party thereto to the Borrower. Such delivery point may be the entry point of a subsea hose, subsea pipeline or other similar infrastructure.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • connecting point means the point at which the drainage installation joins the connecting sewer;
