Sponsor Guarantee definition

Sponsor Guarantee has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1(c);

Sponsor Guarantee means the BioAmber Guarantee or the Mitsui Guarantee, as the context requires.

Sponsor Guarantee means the guarantee and indemnity from the Sponsor in favour of the Finance Parties dated on or about the date of the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Sponsor Guarantee

Sponsor Guarantee means the Guarantee Agreement, dated as of even date herewith, by Sponsor in favor of Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
