Sponsored Client definition

Sponsored Client means a legal entity or an individual, as well as an investment fund that is not a legal entity, to which the Market Participant provides an opportunity to participate in trade organized by the Two-sided Continuous Auction method in accordance with these rules, to directly submit Bids in the Trading System and conclude transactions on its own account and on behalf of the Market Participant.
Sponsored Client means a client of a Trading Member of Aquis which has entered into a Sponsored Access Addendum; Technical Specifications means the technical documents detailing the delivery of the Data as published on the Website; Term means the duration of this Agreement;
