Sponsored Client definition

Sponsored Client means a client of a Trading Member of Aquis which has entered into a Sponsored Access Addendum; Technical Specifications means the technical documents detailing the delivery of the Data as published on the Website; Term means the duration of this Agreement;
Sponsored Client means a legal entity or an individual, as well as an investment fund that is not a legal entity, to which the Market Participant provides an opportunity to participate in trade organized by the Two-sided Continuous Auction method in accordance with these rules, to directly submit Bids in the Trading System and conclude transactions on its own account and on behalf of the Market Participant.

For billing and reporting purposes, the unit of count in relation to the Interactive Accesses of Real-time Data may be either a Device or an Individual User, and the determination with respect to any Customer as to whether the units of count shall be the Device or the Individual User shall depend upon such Customer’s license(s) Website means the Aquis web site xxx.xxxxx.xx as amended or replaced.

  • The Sponsoring Member must ensure that the contractual agreements in place between itself and the Sponsored Client includes provision for the Sponsoring Member to be able to unilaterally require that the Sponsored Client stop sending Orders immediately.

  • Cboe may also require the Sponsoring Participant to have in place such systems and controls and/or to provide such information from or relating to any Sponsored Client as Cboe may in its absolute discretion consider appropriate whether before or after the Sponsored Client has been allowed access to and use of a Cboe Markets.

  • The Sponsoring Member is responsible for full compliance oversight of the Sponsored Client including, but not limited to, Client checks, anti- money laundering controls and monitoring for market abuse.

  • The contract concluded between the Market Participant and the Sponsored Client may set restrictions on the conditions of the Bids entered into the Trading System by the Sponsored Client.

  • Professional Client means a “Professional Client” for the purposes of CySEC Rules, as specified in the Client Categorization Policy found on the Company’s Website.
