Sports Bar definition

Sports Bar is defined in the Recitals.
Sports Bar means a facility having pool tables and multiple television sets. Hagex xxxnowledges the intention of the Company to develop the Business on a nationwide basis and agrees that, accordingly, the geographic scope of the covenants set forth in this Section 2.4 shall include the entire United States. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the parties agree that Hagex xxx, during the period covered by this Agreement, invest Hagex'x xxxsonal, private assets as a passive investor in not more than three percent (3%) of the total outstanding shares of any publicly traded
Sports Bar means a bar that features multiple television monitors playing sporting events and programs at least 75% of the time that such bar is open for business.

Sports Bar means a facility having pool tables and in which the presence of multiple television sets offering diverse programming is a primary attraction when compared to other bar or restaurant facilities wherein the availability of television is limited and would normally be considered a secondary attraction by customers. Coulxxx xxxnowledges the intention of the Partnerships to Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the parties agree that Coulxxx xxx, during the period covered by this Agreement, invest Coulxxx'x personal, private assets as a passive investor in not more than three percent (3%) of the total outstanding shares of any publicly traded company engaged in a Competing Business, so long as Coulxxx xxxs not participate in the management or operations of the affairs of such company.*

  • Sports arena means sports pavilions, stadiums, gymnasiums, health spas, boxing arenas, swimming pools, roller and ice rinks, bowling alleys, and other similar places where members of the general public assemble to engage in physical exercise, participate in athletic competition, or witness sports or other events.

Telemedicine means the delivery of clinical Healthcare Services by use of real time, two-way synchronous audio, video, telephone-audio-only communications or electronic media or other telecommunications technology including, but not limited to: online adaptive interviews, remote patient monitoring devices, audiovisual communications, including the application of secure video conferencing and store-and-forward technology to provide or support healthcare delivery, which facilitate the assessment, diagnosis, counseling and prescribing treatment, and care management of a patient’s health care while such patient is at an Originating Site and the Healthcare Provider is at a Distant Site, consistent with applicable federal laws and regulations. “Telemedicine” does not include an email message or facsimile transmission between a Provider and patient, or an automated computer program used to diagnose and/or treat ocular or refractive conditions.
