STA definition

STA means the Sectional Titles Act, 95 of 1986, as amended, including the Regulations issues under the Act;
STA means the Securities Transfer Act, 2006 (Ontario), or to the extent applicable, similar legislation of any other jurisdiction, as amended from time to time.
STA means the Securities Transfer Act of the Province referred to in the “Governing Law” section of this Agreement, as such legislation may be amended, renamed or replaced from time to time, and includes all regulations from time to time made under such legislation.

More Definitions of STA

STA means the State Taxation Administration of the PRC.
