STA Group means the group of staff designated by the Secretary of the Department of Transport in accordance with the Transport Administration (Staff) Regulation 2012 as being part of the STA Group who are not part of the Transport Senior Service.

  • This Award shall be binding on the following parties and classes of persons: the Employer; the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union, New South Wales; the Australian Services Union, New South Wales; the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia, New South Wales (known as Professionals Australia), and; all employees of the STA Group covered by this Award.

  • Tax Group has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(h)(iii).

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Stockholder Group means the Stockholder and each Person (other than any member of the Company Group) that is an Affiliate of the Stockholder.

  • Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:

  • VAT Group means a group for the purposes of the VAT Grouping Legislation.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Other Founding Companies means all of the Founding Companies other than the Company.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.
