Stability Period definition

Stability Period means the Plan Year in which occurs the Annuity Starting Date for the distribution.
Stability Period means that period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending on [the th anniversary of the Date of Commencement of Commercial Production][production of the quantity of commercial Minerals identified in the Feasibility Study][date of termination of this Agreement][the date of recovery of capital costs plus a rate of return identified in the Financing Plan].
Stability Period means a designated period of not less than six months (and not less than the corresponding measurement period) during which the employer must offer coverage to all individuals identified as full-time employees during the measurement period, regardless of hours worked during the stability period.

Examples of Stability Period in a sentence

  • Such coverage, if elected, will be effective on the first day of the Plan’s Ongoing Employee Stability Period.

  • Any Employee who averages 30 Hours of Service per week during the Plan’s Standard Measurement Period (“Ongoing Employees”) will be eligible for coverage under the Plan during the Plan’s next Ongoing Employee Stability Period to the extent that the Ongoing Employee remains employed, subject to the Plan’s Break in Service rules.

  • Note: if there is a gap between the end of the Qualifying Part-time Employee’s New Employee Stability Period and the start of the Qualifying Part-time Employee’s first Ongoing Employee Stability Period (see below), the Qualifying Part-time Employee will remain eligible under the Plan until the day preceding the start of the Ongoing Employee Stability Period to the extent the employee remains employed, subject to the Plan’s Break in Service rules.

  • If a Qualifying Part-time Employee transfers to a Regular Full-time Employee position prior to the start of the Qualifying Part-time Employee’s New Employee Stability Period, the Employee will become eligible for coverage.

  • A Qualifying Part-time Employee will remain eligible throughout the New Employee Stability Period to the extent that the employee remains employed, subject to the Plan’s Break in Service (as defined by the Plan) rules.
