Staff counsel definition

Staff counsel means an attorney with the Commission's Judicial and Legislative Services, or the Commission's Agency Counsel.
Staff counsel means an employee of the commission designated by the administrator to serve as legal counsel of the commission pursuant to s. 19.47 (2), Stats.
