Standalone Use definition

Standalone Use means the Software (and any corresponding Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement may only be used with or access, directly or indirectly, Partner Products and any other Software or Third Party Products licensed under this Agreement.
Standalone Use means the SAP Software (and any corresponding Third Party Products”) licensed under the Agreement may only be used with or access, directly or indirectly, TELCOR products and any other SAP Software or Third Party Products licensed under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Standalone Use

Standalone Use means the Trial Software may not be used to access, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, any other software and/or third-party software licensed from the Managed Service Provider, or an authorized reseller, distributor, OEM or other authorized partner of the Managed Service Provider or its licensor, unless such software or third-party software explicitly allows such access.
Standalone Use means installation, storage or operation of the Licensed Program on a standalone or networked PC without reference or connection to any other copy of the Licensed Program.

You may enter into another Developer Agreement and download another copy of SAP XXXX Xxxx, developer edition if You wish to continue to use SAP XXXX Xxxx, developer; provided that SAP reserves the right to cease making SAP XXXX Xxxx, developer edition available, at any time and at SAP’s sole and absolute discretion. Related to Standalone Use

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.
