Standard Network Services definition

Standard Network Services are the Wireless Broadband Services provided by Clearwire to (i) Clearwire Retail Customers, (ii) Other Resellers, or (iii) any MBs of usage of Wireless Broadband Services priced pursuant to Section 3 of Schedule 7.1, that provide voice and data transmission functionality and access (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any wireless services provided over the Sprint Network).
Standard Network Services are the Wireless Broadband Services provided by NewCo to NewCo Retail Customers that provide voice and data transmission functionality and access (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any wireless services provided over the Sprint Network).

Examples of Standard Network Services in a sentence

  • Second, once the IP access components of Clearwire's retail pricing are determined, the intent is that the extracted pricing will form the basis of, and be applied to determine, the pricing for the Standard Network Services and Non-Standard Network Services offered to each SIG Party.

  • Conversely, if Clearwire offers both (i) an air card plan that caps usage at 3GB per month that requires a two year contract and (ii) an air card plan that caps usage at 1GB per month that requires a two year contract, each of (i) and (ii) will be deemed to be different Standard Network Services for such purposes.

Related to Standard Network Services

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
