Standard teaching certificate means the provisional certificate that the superintendent of public instruction issues to an individual who holds at least a bachelor’s degree, has completed a state approved teacher preparation program, and has met all requirements set forth in this code and the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
