Standard Technique definition

Standard Technique means the WPD standard techniques, published on the WPD Technical Information Site, applicable to the Contestable Connection Works (as may be amended or updated from time to time).
Standard Technique means the NGED standard techniques, published on the NGED Technical Information Site, applicable to the Contestable Connection Works (as may be amended or updated from time to time).

Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Research Materials means all tangible materials other than Subject Data first produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.
