Standing Motions means, collectively: (a) the TCEH Committee Standing Motion; (b) the TCEH Unsecured Group Standing Motion; and (c) the EFH/EFIH Committee Standing Motion.

Related to Standing Motions

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.

  • Bankruptcy Court has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Motion means a formal proposition to be discussed and voted on during the course of a meeting.
