Standing Motion definition

Standing Motion means the Motion of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for Order Granting (I) Leave, Standing, and Authority to Commence Prosecute Certain Claims on Behalf of the Debtors’ Estates Against BP Energy Company and (II) Related Relief [Docket No. 518].
