State Derivative Action definition

State Derivative Action means the shareholder derivative action titled Helen E. Piper Survivor’s Trust, derivatively on behalf of The Southern Company v. Thomas A. Fanning et al., No. 17-A-04758-10, Superior Court of Gwinnett County, State of Georgia.
State Derivative Action means the consolidated state actions known as In re Broadcom Corp. Derivative Litigation, Lead Case No. 06CC00124, pending in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Orange, before the Honorable Ronald L.
