State Technical Committee definition

State Technical Committee means a committee established by the Sec- retary of the United States Depart- ment of Agriculture (USDA) in a State pursuant to 16 U.S.C. 3861.
State Technical Committee means the committee to be established by a Participating State pursuant to paragraph 2 (b) of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
