Stock Trust definition

Stock Trust means the Becton, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Company Deferred Salary and Bonus Trust established as of August 15, 1996 between the Company and Wachovia Bank of North Carolina, N. A. , as amended from time to time thereafter.
Stock Trust is defined in the Recitals.
Stock Trust means any separate trust created pursuant to Paragraph A(3) of this Section SEVENTH and administered in accordance with the terms of Paragraph B of this Section SEVENTH, for the exclusive benefit of any Beneficiary.
