Corporate Property. Executive agrees that all products, creations, know-how or procedures conceived, invented, discovered, utilized or executed by the Executive during his employment are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Employer, and will not be divulged, published, revealed, or made available by him to any person not employed by Employer or any firm, institution, corporation or entity not controlled by controlling, or under the common control with Employer and in this regard, Executive hereby assigns to the Employer any and all right, title, and interest he has or may have therein.

Corporate Property. The Employer owns and leases property ranging from vehicles, computers, copiers, to furniture and office space. No employee shall dispose of corporate property without approval from the Chief Financial or Administrative Officer. Employees shall not use corporate property for non- company business. Any office or property of the employer that is adversely impacted must be reported within 24 hours. This includes, but is not limited to, office break-ins, office destruction due to disasters, and stolen pretty cash or member contributions.
