Stockholder Documents definition

Stockholder Documents means, together, the Shareholder Rights Agreements and the Registration Rights Agreements.
Stockholder Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Stockholder Documents means any and all agreements, contracts or other arrangements to which a Stockholder and/or a Stockholder Affiliate is a party along with Search and/or a Search Affiliate.

Stockholder Documents means, collectively, (i) the Certificate of Incorporation, as adopted in connection with the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, and (ii) the Amended and Restated Voting Agreement among the Company and the entities and persons listed on certain exhibits thereto, the Amended and Restated Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement among the Company and the entities and persons listed on certain exhibits thereto and the Amended and Restated Investor Rights’ Agreement among the Company and the entities and persons listed on certain exhibits thereto, in each case dated as of the date hereof, and as may be amended thereafter from time to time.
Stockholder Documents means, collectively, the Registration Rights Agreement and the Voting Agreement, dated as of November 7, 2007, among the Company and certain other parties named therein.
Stockholder Documents means the Company’s bylaws any applicable shareholders agreement, investor rights agreement, voting agreement, drag-along agreement, right of first refusal and co-sale agreement or similar agreement to which the Company and/or the holders of its capital securities or options may be a party that may be in effect from time to time (each, as amended or modified from time-to-time).
Stockholder Documents is defined in Section 2.09(a).
