Stockholder Documents definition

Stockholder Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Stockholder Documents means any and all agreements, contracts or other arrangements to which a Stockholder and/or a Stockholder Affiliate is a party along with Search and/or a Search Affiliate.
Stockholder Documents means, together, the Stockholders Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

Stockholder Documents means, together, the Shareholder Rights Agreements and the Registration Rights Agreements.
