Stop Charge definition

Stop Charge means the fee payable by the Farmer to Coles as outlined in the Milk Quality and Location Fees in Schedule 4 of this Agreement. Term means, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement, the Term as specified in the Key Terms outlined in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
