Stop Charge definition

Stop Charge means the fee payable by the Xxxxxx to Coles as outlined in the Milk Quality and Location Fees in Part G of this Agreement. Term means, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement, the Term as specified in the Key Terms outlined in Part D of this Agreement.
Stop Charge. The component cost reflecting set out or pick up at Lathrop or Portland.
