Storage Charge definition

Storage Charge means the sums charge by Warehouseman in connection with the Stored Goods as set forth in paragraph 7 hereof;
Storage Charge means the sums charged by WWD in connection with the Stored Goods as set forth in paragraph 7 hereof;
Storage Charge means the sum set out in the License Agreement.

  • Rates The Storage Charge shall be a rate as mutually agreed to by Customer and Company and set forth in Contract, consisting of a demand portion and/or a commodity portion.

More Definitions of Storage Charge

Storage Charge means the storage charge as set out in Schedule 2 and as adjusted from time to time in accordance with Schedule 3. Term means the period from the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date unless terminated pursuant to this Agreement or extended in accordance with clause 3.2 or otherwise by written agreement of Aurizon and the Operator.
Storage Charge means a toll charged on goods in respect of the period of time that the goods are stored at a canal; (droit d'emmagasinage)
Storage Charge means the amount payable in relation to the storage of the Goods as specified on the Storage Schedule.
Storage Charge means the penal charge made on cargo remaining in a terminal facility after the expiry date of any free period;
Storage Charge means a fee associated with the temporary impounding or storage of a vehicle.

Related to Storage Charge

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
