Storage Operating Procedures definition

Storage Operating Procedures means the procedures and protocols governing operations of the Storage Facility which are set forth in Schedule 1.1.3, including (a) minimum and maximum operating parameters, (b) procedures for scheduling and dispatch, and (c) methods of day-to-day communications.

Examples of Storage Operating Procedures in a sentence

  • Seller shall take all reasonable actions consistent with the Generation Interconnection Agreement, Prudent Electrical Practices and the Storage Operating Procedures to minimize the frequency and duration of Maintenance Outages.

  • Seller shall take all reasonable actions consistent with the Generation Interconnection Agreement, Prudent Electrical Practices and Storage Operating Procedures to avoid and minimize the duration of Forced Outages.

  • Seller may not schedule a Planned Outage during any portion of the months of [____________]8, except to the extent required by the Generation Interconnection Agreement, Prudent Electrical Practices or the Storage Operating Procedures.

Related to Storage Operating Procedures

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.
